This restorative class eases stress through supported asanas and breath awareness. This class is especially beneficial for students with physical or health challenges. Individual programs are given specifically for their requirements.

Pre-natal participants are shown how to stretch and relax to prepare for childbirth. They may begin the program with their midwife/doctor’s approval.
Post natal participants learn to regain their strength and stamina allowing them to move on to the Basic course. Particpants may begin six weeks after delivery.
