Iyengar Yoga Ottawa-Gatineau has adopted the following Code of Ethics as the
set of guiding principles to which we aspire. This Code is for all members
of the Association. It is based on the Yamas and Niyamas of the Yoga Sutras
of Patanjali, the first two of the eight limbs of yoga. These principles provide
a guide for ethical behaviour in how we treat others and ourselves.
